Happy First Birthday JJ!-Part 1
Yeah JJ turns ONE! His birthday photo session was done in two parts because the first was all about JJ and the second will include the rest of his family. Well, when you are the star of your own show, and you have all eyes one you, no matter what you have to get out there and perform. And perform JJ did. Silliness, frosting, a chubby belly, blue eyes, an almost toothless grin, and laughter, all the perfect ingredients for JJ’s first year photos!

And baby makes….five!
Jimmy and Tara came in today for maternity photos. The two are excited to add another addition to their family. Both Tara and Jimmy both have daughters who are the same age. The great part about that is they are each others best friends and can’t wait to be start being big sisters to their new brother or sister. We started the session in Studio and Tara looks amazing. Maternity photos are some of my favorite sessions because the soon-to-be parents are overcome with anticipation, joy, and happiness, and all of that and more inevitably shows up in the photos. We ended our session down at the beach. Tara was getting into being a model so much and was enjoying frolicking in the waves that she wasn’t paying attention when a big wave snuck up behind her and soaked her from head to toe. The pictures are priceless and we all had a good laugh about it all.

Capri and Sienna Photos
These two beautiful girls have been coming to the studio since before they were born. Mommy found us when she was pregnant with big sister, and since then we have done lots of shoots for this Newport family. My favorite shot is mom, dad, and the girls all looking at each other. At first, Sienna didn’t want us to go near “her baby.” She is turning out to be a great big sister.
Melissa’s Baby: Logan Sky at 9 months
This is studio owner, Melissa Olsen’s, baby boy. Logan is crawling everywhere, “talking” to everyone, and making pretty eyes at the ladies. Taking photos of him is so rewarding. He is always smiling for the camera and posing. He is a natural. The last shot is daddy taking him home in the new bike trailer.
Newborn Photos of Zoe Claire
I have been watching Zoe Grow in her mommy’s tummy for months now. Stacey and Craig are local Costa Mesa Chiropractors and I have been going to their office, Harbor Family Chiropractic (http://www.costamesachiro.com/) for about a year now. They do amazing work, and it has been a joy getting to know them and watching their lives change as they enter this new stage in their lives. These are a few shots of Zoe Claire, she is 3 weeks old in these, and so alert and sweet. I am overjoyed for the family and I am looking forward to my next Chiropractic visit.
